As summer closed, faculty and staff gathered on campus, attending sessions to sharpen their knowledge and skills and to learn about changes for the school year. All faculty participated in the opening convocation, plus informational roundtables led by various campus leaders and off-campus vendors. New employees got off to a good start with orientation, where they learned more about the culture of JA. In addition, sessions were held for new trustees, preparing these leaders for their governance role with JA.
